Personality:

Blue is a very calm, soft-spoken individual. She can usually keep her cool in a fight, tends to be very to the point, and has a laid-back personality. But despite being a calm individual, she's also very strong and stubborn - both physically and mentally. She tends to get annoyed when others assume she can't take care of herself because she's a girl, and she doesn't like to accept help very often. It's difficult to really upset her, but when she does she tends to lash out quickly and fiercely.

Family and loyalty mean a lot to Blue. She spent her whole life as a family pet and after most of her family was killed in a fire, it affected her just as much as it did Quent. After the death of her family, she became completely devoted to Quent or "Pops", the only surviving member of her family. She'd follow any of his orders without question, even if it meant risking her own life. Even after she finds out she's part wolf and knowing that Quent could possibly reject her, she follows him and even tries to protect him when she finds him severely wounded.

Blue also has a strong work ethic. She's worked all her life alongside Quent to help him achieve his goals and the moment she leaves him she goes to another town in search of work, claiming that "it's all she's known all her life". The reason behind her strong work ethic is her desire to be useful to someone. After being weighed down by guilt for being unable to protect her family, she tries making up for it by always being able to help someone - usually Quent, but later on she tries to be useful to the wolves she meets as well as Cheza, who was the one who revealed she was part wolf in the first place.

Because she lived with a human family for so long, Blue likes children. Or more accurately, children remind Blue of Quent's son who she adored. Because she wasn't able to protect him, she goes out of her way to protect other kids she comes across. Such as the boy she sees getting attacked by soldiers, in which she immediately attacks to protect him. Also out of all the wolves in the series, she's the one who gets along with humans the best, even forming a partnership with one in order to gain information about where to find Cheza.

Camp Information
Parent: Athena. Blue is level-headed and resourceful as well as a strong woman who's good in a fight, having fought for most of her life. Basically, she'd make mom proud.

First Person/Journal Sample:

[There's the sound of a young woman's voice. It's been a few days since Blue was introduced to her cabin and given the rundown on what's going on. Quite frankly, she's still having trouble taking in all this information. But the hardest part of being brought here was being turned into a human, especially considering that before she came here she was still struggling with the fact that she was part wolf.

So she's gotta get used to her new human body somehow, right?]

Hey, is anyone up for some training? I haven't had a chance to go running in a while. It'd be good to get out and stretch my legs for a little while, you know? I figured this place has plenty of places to run.

[She needs to get used to these new legs of hers anyway. She was fast as a wolf, but being human was something she was still getting used to. Running on two legs was a lot different then running on four.]

Anyway, let me know okay? I'll be out for a while if anyone wants to join me.

Third Person/Log Sample:

Her anger has been boiling for a while. At first, Blue didn't have time to deal with it since she was overwhelmed with all this new information upon her arrival. From suddenly being back from the dead to being not only human, but half-god? None if it made any sense to her. At first, she was just relieved to be alive again...

...and then the truth had time to sink in. She was alive, but everything she wanted was gone back home. Hige, Pops, her family. The last thing she remembered was dying in Hige's arms. She wasn't even sure he made it to paradise after she died. But she wasn't going to find him here. This was no paradise, it was just another word for a prison. And like any other prison, she'd find a way to escape.

Who did her "mother" think she was anyway? Pops was her family, not whoever this was. She didn't know a thing about gods, but if they were as powerful as they say, then why did she watch her suffer all those years? Watch her as her family died, as every bit of happiness she was given was taken away from her. And then she thinks she can make it better by taking her away from anything she ever cared about and dumping her in this camp?

She wasn't interested in becoming a hero, or getting to know her new "family". She wanted nothing to do with them. All Blue wanted was to go home, knowing full well she couldn't. There probably wasn't a home to go back to, and that's what hurt most of all.
So she would deal with it the best way she could - she'd train, she'd get used to her new human body, and instead of being turned into someone's attack dog, she'd find a way to escape. It was a long shot, but just maybe if she searched hard enough Hige and Pops would be out there.

She had a long way to go until then.
